Once your installation is reserved, I begin sourcing and preparing the hair specifically for you. I source premium single-donor Russian hair, selecting ponytails that complement your natural color, texture, and density. Multiple tones may be blended to create dimension, and every strand is prepared by hand, with the bond size and weight customized for its placement.

Your appointment takes place in a private studio reserved entirely for you, offering a personal, one-on-one experience away from a busy salon environment.

You can watch a show or movie, listen to music, catch up on work from your laptop, or simply relax in peace and quiet. Complimentary beverages and light refreshments are available during your visit.

Before you leave, Lena walks you through exactly how to care for your extensions at home — what to use, what to avoid, and how to sleep in them.
